We're Syrup and Waffles! Obviously those are not our Government Names, but those are the cute nicknames we have that make people tell us we're gross.

Waffles is the kind of nickname you get when you're from Kentucky and one of your wife's favorite pastimes is to make fun of your accent and the way "ih" noises come out. Wife becomes Whyyf, which slurs into Waff, and ...Waffle. Waffle just stuck and naturally Syrup followed.

Pretty sure this is the kind of thing that we'll never finish enough to feel like sharing with anyone, so it'll belong to the land where half started blogs go to die, but the idea is just to have a spot:
